Sol | Round Playful Statement Earrings

Sol is Spanish for sun, and these earrings are like a colour wheel that has had a very good day. Hold them up and it is a small, sunny afternoon on each ear.

They are cut from Formica and wood, so they are big on colour but very light to wear. The two earrings mirror each other, so the wedges face one another. Each pair is handmade in my studio at Ardgillan Castle in Dublin from the offcuts of my large sculptures. I can only use the colours that I have left over so each design is made in small numbers.

Care
Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Keep away from prolonged water, and store flat or hanging when not in use to protect the wood and laminate.
